In this first class to the Awakening Cycle ~ Journey to Your Authenic Self, we dance through all seven chakras. The class lasts 1.5 hours and includes: a meditation, a dance with music specific to each of the 7 chakras and a mandala art activity. 

The following resources will be supplied: pastels and black paper, candles, incense, pillows to sit on. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket if you would like to sit on and/or lay down during the mandala art or any other time during the class. 

Classes are for all abilities, as you move your body as much or as little as you are capable of - you can sit or stand - we listen to our bodies as we move.
